OSCAR has transformed my practice of medicine. The program is dynamic and has been enhanced to suit my individual needs. Response to problems with hardware/software and billing has been excellent. When my server went down, OSCAR support was on the way to my office before I even knew there was a problem. We were up and running within a few hours, even though the hardware problem took a week to fix. Having the option to keep the office running on a secure internet connection when hardware fails, makes recovery from breakdown slick. I will never go back to a paper office.
